What was the racoon packing?
Trying to do his thing in a shared environment? It's probably went after your empty beer bottles you so resposibly put away deadeye. I have a feeling you just entered a war with your racoon friends, because where there is one there are many. Looks like more sleepless nites for you. Why don't you try just using a tabasco water mixture and spray it around the pots. The pepper smell detures animals and they can do find another food source. Way to go man, hopefully you can come up with a less violent means of solving this problem, without shooting a gun, Annie Okley.

Nothing to do with being a pussy so much as you just being a jackass.
As Sageji said, when there's one, there's more. Shooting it is just you being a stupid fuck. It wont even begin to solve your problem. Great lesson to teach your kids, oh wait...right...never mind. ![]() Also, major LOL at you thinkin you're a badass because you shot a fuckin raccoon. Whoa, big man amongst us guys. Ammonia, ammonia, ammonia.

I'd have grabbed some cherry bombs and blackcats to scare the fucker away... dunno if I could bring myself to shooting it in the head.
In any case... BOOM HEADSHOT!!

I live in the woods.
Ammonia works on our raccoons. Especially since it's summer. I would imagine if done right it would stop any critter. Pretty unpleasant.
