this is the second time in 3 nights i woke up to it looking like this. i stood for it no more.

last night i stood guard with a .22 winchester magnum.

when caught in the act this is the end result....

Why don't you try just using a tabasco water mixture and spray it around the pots. The pepper smell detures animals and they can do find another food source.

Way to go man, hopefully you can come up with a less violent means of solving this problem, without shooting a gun, Annie Okley.

I live in the woods.
Ammonia works on our raccoons. Especially since it's summer.

I would imagine if done right it would stop any critter. Pretty unpleasant.
