Shoot to kill?

Hey there yahookans
i was just wondering if someone brome into your back yard to steal your medicinal marijuana plants in california would you shoot? Would you be justified in the shooting? I know some states authorize lethal force for the protection of you or your property anyone know about ca? Police here are becoming more and more accepting of mmj patients... Would i be up for murder if i killed someone stealing from me or endangering my life?
There have been a few mmj shootings/killings around me which has put me on edge and if they come here id like to know what i can do legally to protect myself and my property

The last thing I would do is shoot another person over some pot plants. Getting ripped off sucks, but it doesn't justify murdering someone (even the kind of doosh that would steal my plants).

Strawberries are not going for 3500-4000 dollars a lb though

O my plants are for the medical dispensary in oakland which is perfectly within the boundaries of the laws here to sell it to but i thank you for your concern

Well if you look up shooting to kill laws in texas you would not feel the same way!!!

the laws in texas don't make it more okay to shoot and kill somebody.

The laws in texas say that if someone is on your property and stealing or vandilizing you are allowed to use lethal force
