lack of sleeeep

so, as of late ive been only averaging around 3 hours sleep a night. got lots of stress factors maybe??? but lemme ask yahooka this - what do you all do when you cannae sleep? any tips?

other than wank and smoke weed - that goes without saying - this is yahooka after all :P

1. Don't look at the clock.
2. Don't start thinking after laying down for 30 minutes and not getting to sleep, "Fuck, I have to go to sleep!"
3. Don't listen to music/do anything particularly stimulating (mentally) just before going to sleep.
4. Excersize during the day can help with feeling tired.

Once you get into the loop of not getting much sleep, it can be hard to get out of me (it happens to me every now and then). Just understand it is temporary, relax, and don't stress about not sleeping... even if you barely get any as is.

one word: melatonin.

pick it up fairly cheap at Walmart, take one or two tablets and an hour and a half later you'll be tired as shit and ready to pass out quickly. take them with a few beers to garun-damn-tee a good nights sleep.

plus it is all natural, and not like sleeping pills. It be an herb not a drug.

i never sleep right without benzo's or alcohol. wanking last resort .

shit sometimes i sleep like 10 hours but only actually sleep 3 of those hours.

Melatonin helps to regulate sleep. try taking couple hundred MG's to set your self back on a
*normal* cycle.

yea if you take melatonin very carefully you can change your sleep schedule to within the hour that you want. it's so helpful.
