a dozen dozen!

and six is our number too. in fact our and our children's names all reduce to 6 in numerology (not planned at all whatsoever, i didn't even know about numerology). the mushroom trip that got me on the fast track to a happy life had much to do with dolphins, in fact the whole day did. dolphin also reduces to 6!

numerological coincidences make me happy

Today my happy thing was bringing some order to my wife's chaos this morning.

Nice conversation in here this morning.

Yeah, I agree....I'm always checking out stuff like that.

My 1st name, middle name, & last name ALL have 7 numbers = 777. Also, my birthday is 8/1/54...& if you add the 8 + 1 = 9...then for the 54, 5 + 4 = 9.
My son's birthday is 1/6/91, but if it was written out like 1 6 9 1, flip it upside-down & it's STILL 1 6 9 1...just without the / in-between the numbers.

I have WAY too much free time...with total nonsense going thru my cranium.

1+6+9+1=17, 1+7=8 which is also the same flipped upside down

walking without shoes.
hollahooping
drawing
using my tangle
poka dots
smiles
hot tea
sleeping with the window open on a cold night bundled in lots of blankets
driving with the windows down and reggae blasting
a room lit with candles
my best friends
walking my dogs.
a pre-rolled spliff
fuzzy socks
going down a slide with my eyes closed
the first mark on a fresh peice of paper
a flock of birds
my yellow shirt
a flowie skirt
pink toenails
and grass stains.

number games- I always look at licence plates and add up the digits, then if they're divisible by 9 I divide them in my head, I try to divide by 3 then 3 again because it makes more work in mah brain.

some examples

84H 753

28 251
9417
3139

65L 223
21741
7237

I shouted 'oh god' a lot in math class, so I think I can relate to your experiences with It.

This conversation reminds me of gemiyatria.
It's a Jewish practice. In Hebrew, letters are also numbers.
For example the word "chai", life, adds up to 18.
Check out the novel "The Chosen" by Chaim Potok for some other examples.

bump!

happy thing:

walking out side in the morning while the ground is still cool but the sun is out and then letting out a deep groan while stretching so hard that you lift up on your tippy toes and fall over to one side
