mosquito bites - Page 2

anyone ever used one of those propane powered mosquito traps? They sell them here for like three hundred bucks, they're supposed to keep a mile radius skeeter-free. Or anyone ever use those electronic repellents that emit a noise that is supposed to keep them away?

I work outside and hate bugspray.

There was a mosquito that was bitting me this past Friday and I did not realize it and smeared it on the collar of the white shirt I was wearing. Somehow, a streak of blood got all the way over to upper chest part of my shirt yet the mosquito stayed smeared/stuck to the collar or the shirt. Nasty, and I went to the store that way not knowing. Fucking cashier should have said something - I would have.

Mosquito bites don't really affect me any more. one time I was sitting outside drunk and I let a whole shit ton cover my legs and bite the hell out of me, and I mean a shit ton, maybe 1 or 2 mosquitoes every square inch of flesh. Since then when I do get bit, they itch for maybe an hour and then disappear completely. Like my body learned how to fight the allergic reaction a lot better.

I was going to make a new thread devoted entirely to the flying pissants fucking up my summer.

the gnats are the worst cause at least mosquito's are easy to torture once you shoot them out of the air.

the real problem is with the gnats because they manage to get into the room through the screens.. even if all the lights are off, these fucks buzz around the window just to get to the tv glow
