Nah it looks like it has actual grille marks, just ghetto plates? (hopefully washed between having raw/cooked meat on them...)

Yeah I was pretty much thinking the same thing. Meat is great and all, but I don't think something like that deserves to be our ambassador to all vegetarians on this site.

How about: Moose tenderloin, cooked in a cast iron pan over an wood fire, a red wine reduction sauce with sauteed mushrooms, smashed potatoes, asparagus, and a tall glass of Stout.

Hit me up with that shit any day and I'm down.

I've eaten plenty of raw beef and it never hurt me. Not that that's an endorsement, just saying.

not a big fan of ham, which is odd I suppose since I like pork and corned beef

Edit:try dipping mint leaves (or wintergreen which I prefer) in egg whites, then in sugar and let em dry. Now those are tasty.

Ham is the business. Even vegetarians know that. Or at least I do.

Instead of using this thread to show vegetarians what we're missing I'm thinking it should instead be used to prove the old adage that you can't polish a turd.

I've eaten blue beef plenty, never saw the appeal for literally raw beef personally. Maybe something off a homestead farm, not parasite ridden battery beef anyway.

Owsley has eaten nothing but meat, eggs and cheese since the 60s and he's still fine. Except the cancer, which he attributes to some toxic broccoli his mother made him eat when he was young. I miss GH, if he was still around I'd make him track down Owsley for me, since they live pretty close together.

Edit:FN, I'm mostly talking about just popping some raw ground beef in my mouth as I'm cooking.
