Bearsy I think everyone is saying... in a "round a boot way", look for the good in your life... not necessarily that day, but in general, and draw the hope and positiveness from that.
And do something for yourself... go to the gym, clean your car, buy a CD, go to your parents house and surprise them, be nice to everyone you met. Yes, it is for others but it makes you feel good too!

I had a day like that yesterday, ended up with me in the hospital. but I'm a little better now.

I need to get on anxiety meds. was having panic attacks all day. but not sleeping, eating, and drinking a 1/5th of whiskey a night will do that.

hospitals fucking suck.

much love men. My wife used to get them and it was terrifying and scarey to feel that helpless just witnessing. I can't imagine the pain of having one and what it must be like.
