interesting point of human psychology, if something is too far outside ones accepted picture of reality, the mind tends to automatically reject it without objective consideration.

"objective consideration" is an oxymoron, as your subjective perspective is doing the consideration. And whether you realize it or not, herein lies the problem as you are unconsciously "claiming" that your perspective is the objective one, and everyone else isn't seeing the truth. In reality, "everyone else" has their own subjective considerations as do you. You do not own the truth here...you merely own your own belief system...and my belief system thinks your belief system is batshit crazy.

I think your mind tends to automatically ACCEPT things outside of the accepted picture of reality because you enjoy believing things like "vampires are controlling the world."

so really what's it matter if people like to get together and drink blood, especially if they're not big on letting other weirdos in. i find it hard to believe they are the cause of missing persons cases. there're millions of those and i'm sure they woulda been found out some how, on some case. and since i'm so sure of that, i find it pretty repulsive that people would surmise that that sort of shit is going down methodically. like someone who has a missing relative needs the additional freakout of their loved one possibly being mutilated in some secret vampire ring. shame on you
