Haha, my dad and I have talked about it. We both read newspapers and such and are constantly catching missing letters, grammatical errors, odd phrasings, shit like that. I don't think I could do all the English schooling required for being a legit editor however. Now if they want me to sit around and read shit and point out obvious ones? Sign me up.

The crazy part of it all is that I edit my wife's research thesis work ect....and I do a really damn good job, catching the mistakes and helping her gather her thoughts. She says that nothing much comes up when she checks the punctuation, and for a time when I stopped because of time, her instructors started asking her more questions about what she was trying to say in parts of the paper.

Don't know what that never translates to Yahooka or my journal....and I think that makes your crazy perhaps, to be re-reading a journal entry and making small corrections! Like who is going to read it ever much less care?

Sometimes its pretty tempting to just go and change peoples posts to make them look like assholes and have a hilarious thread that you have complete control over.

And it keeps the members from taking anything they post or read too seriously.

That way it still appears to be a discussion board.
