This has surfaced from liveleak.com yesterday I believe, although the incident apparently occured in 1984 (according to the man in the video).

It has reached local police authorities as well as the F.B.I within these last two days (August 20th, 2009)
It is still unknown if the man is dead or not. As you can see from the instructors own excerpt, he says the man was found the next morning by police placed neatly in the dumpster out back. Doesn't necessarily mean dead, although the most disturbing part of the video is the death rattle. Also, it would be extremely stupid to post a murder vid you did yourself.

Many forums are all over this, and have already found both men's facebook and myspace accounts, as well as home addresses (current) and phone numbers.

Also the blood was coming from his temple/skull not his mouth.

here is a nasty fight video of some fat, old, chuck norris wanna be having his student beat the shit out of a mentally challenged or possibly psychotic person. The crazy does pretty good at first..then its all down hill from there.

Its pretty disgusting...the mentally challenged guy keeps yelling for the other guy to stop beating him until he no longer can do to being knocked out cold.

Then it gets even worse when the guy who won the fight doesnt stop there and literally jump stomps the mental guys head and face into the cement floor multiple times. Then they drag the dead dude out the back door leaving a large blood trail across the floor all the while making wise cracks and acting tuff. Oh, and how could i forget the multiple kicks to the nuts.

its pretty fuckin sad...also the audio is really low so u are gonna have to turn it up loud if u want to hear the retard/crazy and the tuff guy speak in their own unique languages. (the actual fight starts about 2 minutes into the video so be patient) The retard/crazy supposedly died from this but who knows if that truly was the case. Its certainly a possibility though.

young black guy pretending to be a bit mental , obviously knew some kick boxing, and was pretty much holding his own till he caught a left hook I think...he then realized this was not in a joke , he was in a real life or death scenario...and was losing.

near the end some woman tried to call the black belt (jimmy) off.

what could have been a joke ended up in legal ? murder.

I guess I'm desensitized because I didn't find the video that gross or disturbing. I mean it's definitely disgusting, especially when put in context of it being real and what actually happened, but from a pure video stand point I was more wary of it than I should have been. I deliberately didn't watch it last night because it was said to be so gross, I mean dude getting his head stomped on not withstanding...

I'm glad the post was made with the preface of violence inside. I did watch it and was very disturbed by both the instructors and the black belt (in white) and the other students and bystanders for doing nothing.

He has brought a great disgrace on himself and martial arts as a whole.
That is a very large skilled group that one should not disrespect.

I suspect justice will be served very soon, now that the vid has resurfaced .

Hanford, Calif. (KMPH News) - A shocking and disturbing video that is now making its way across the internet has captured the attention of the Hanford Police Department.

The six minute video shows a karate instructor ordering a student to beat and possibly kill a mentally challenged man.

"It is such a disturbing video and whether it's real or not that still needs to be confirmed," said Hanford Police Chief Carlos Mestas.

Chief Mestas says his department is assisting in the investigation of a possible crime committed 25 years ago in the state of Virginia.

"This was a very disturbing beast type of beating," said Mestas.

The footage was supposedly taken on December 13, 1984 at a karate dojo reportedly owned by Sgt. Bobby Joe Blythe who may now be living in Hanford.

"1984, that's 25 years ago, so this guy, the owner of the Dojo was 38 or 39 years old. We think that he was possibly in the military at the time hence Quantico Virginia," said Mestas.

Blythe has not been named a suspect. Attempts by KMPH News to speak with him at his home in Hanford have gone unanswered.

Mestas says he is working with local, state, federal and military investigators on the case. The video known on the internet as the "Jesus taught me" clip captures the fight between a black-belt karate student and a mentally challenged man.

Investigators say although Blythe is not seen personally hurting the victim in the video, he could still face legal troubles.

"He didn't do anything about it and he had control of it since that was one of his students. You could almost say he was the one that directed it," said Mestas.

The victim in this case can be heard saying he does not want to fight, just to demonstrate some skilled moves that "Jesus taught him". Despite his plea, the beating continues.

"Having seen his head get stomped as many times as he did, I would be surprised that he survived it or did not have at least major brain damage," said Mestas.

What's more upsetting is no one present in the video tries to help the bloodied man. He is immediately dragged out the back door like it's no big deal.

Investigators say there are still many unanswered questions including confirmation of the identities of everyone involved.

Chief Mestas says if the video is authentic it could help convict everyone involved of a crime.

"Yes, it's a cold case, there is a lot of work that needs to be done by other agencies," said Chief Mestas. "They will probably have to look for missing person cases, 25 years back, who knows? Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this."

Hanford Police is not disclosing the names of the local, state and federal agencies involved because Mestas says it could jeopardize the investigation.

If all comes to the surface, even the police chief/investigators @ the time of the murder could be held accountable to some degree.

A number of people (even from the NAPA parts store who were invited to watch the murder) would lose something...for doing nothing.
