Wheres the moon?

I noticed the moon wasnt in the sky tonight... a couple friends texted me asking where it went, its clear skies and plenty of stars but its missing one thing.

so where could the moon be? im guessing it went here:

i got this nifty app on my phone that shows the location of most major celestial bodies. the moon was prob hanging out below the horizon

edit: and no vegas is p sweet, tho i havent been since i was 14. it can only be better now right?

i don't think so but i could be wrong, haven't really messed with it much since you can only see a handful of stars in the city. it's an interactive star map that uses gps and the phone's tilt detection to show the stars/planets/constellations etc in the direction you hold it. basically turns your phone into a 1:1 scale planetarium you have to look at through a phone-sized window. some all out future shit man
