I don't think he's stoned.
Either he's drunk as shit, or he's just weird or someone spiked his drink or something. Why would there be two cameras(that the uploader had access to) if they didn't set something up. Idk maybe he is. He's pretty interesting if you can follow his train of thought. Yeah hes just a strange dude.
I bet they were just filming it so students could watch the class online. I always go to google video and look up class lectures, when I'm curious about how a class would play out or what would be learned.
