I've been watching the UFC and Pride since I was really young. When I was 5 or 6 I got into WWF (Yokozuna, dink and donk, Undertaker) but by the time I was 7 or 8 I started watching ufc fights on pay per view at my best friend's house. I prefer the old setup of the ufc (no weight class, no judges, no timed rounds etc.) but I've been more forgiving to the new ufc recently. I started to get sick of all these big sweaty dudes rolling around grabbing eachother, but I've seen a lot more good strikers come into the game in the last few years.

Anyways...My new favorite fighter (as of about 4 months ago) is Keith Jardine. I watched his match against Rampage, and though he lost - he totally held his own. I just finished watching his battle with Chuck Liddel, and in my opinion Jardine completely rocked the bastard. One of the judges actually scored the match in Chuck's favor, which is bullshit - because I don't even think he won the first round (the round most people say he won).
Keith was bleeding from the head heavily the whole time, throwing powerful leg kicks, and even knocked chuck to the ground with a hell of a hook.

There were lots of great aspects to the fight. Chuck through a spinning back fist and connected, and later a spinning back kick which did not. Keith threw a superman punch but pretty much missed.
I like Keith because he has a crazy style of fighting that is really hard to pin down. He's like a mix of a muay thai kickboxer, and some nazi skinhead in prison for murder.

Anyways...Couldnt find the video for the Chuck fight, but I posted this one instead:



Btw, does anyone know who the fighter is (I think he's russian) with a big old hammer and sickle tattoo, an "anarchy A" tattoo, and the anarcho socialist (red and black) flag tattoo? I've only seen him once and don't know his name.

wanderlei and gomi are my fav former pride fighters. A lil sad watching pride decade but it an amazing video. All the production for pride was so many years ahead of the curb that it still hasnt been beat and prides been dead for years.
