the backing up is the only thing that requires thought. you seem to be able to make coherent sentences, id say just go for it

Depends on the length/weight. If it's a pop up trailer, presumably you can see over it, so reversing should be piss easy. Just remember to take yo' corners wider, and drive a bit "softer" on the whole. And accelerate smoothly if you do fishtail brah, forward inertia creates teh weight on whatever you're towing and plants it on the straight and true.

just take slightly wider turns. towing a popup shouldn't be a problem at all. if you have a weak car then just watch the temp in case it overheats.

Usually trailers of a certain weight requires a class C license. Normal licenses are D.

like most said, just gotta take wider turns, longer brake distance going forward, and turn the wheel opposite the norm when backing up.

if you outfit your car with inertia suppressors, it makes things much easier

one time I saw a truck that flipped that was pulling a pop up camper. I'm pretty sure they fish tailed and only like half the camper was still hooked on and the other half was shattered. It was a pretty cool accident scene.

I would say it depends where you are going and how the weather will be.

When you are backing up and want the trailer to go left, turn the steering wheel left, and go slow so you don't jack knife that shit....Take wide turns and when the roads are wet and if they aren't take it easy on the speed Casey and leave plenty of room for breaking.

Take it to a lot to try some of this out before the day, it's all about the confidence.

Take care and enjoy.
