Oregon passed a law requiring all fast food chains show all of the foods calorie counts right on the menue, like next to the price or something. Otherwise they're banned from doing business in the state.

I hate it when stuff gets banned. Absolutely HATE it.

"...in an effort to close a “gateway” to smoking by young people."

I agree - a total load of shit. It has nothing to do with protecting kids and everything to do with money. Big industry owns the US govt.

I smoke mullein and clove from my local herb store in my pipe on occasion.

A friend recently swithced to $2 Prime Time Cherry Flavored Mini soft 10 pack cigars.

and they're cheaper than the regular $5 20 pack cigarrettes.

No wonder?!

Manufacturer: Prime Time Company

Prime Time Little Cigars this brand offers mild cigars with a great taste and
aroma that are offered in a variety of flavors like: Cherry, Peach, Grape,
Strawberry, Vanilla and Wild Berry. These cigars come in carton of 10 packs
of 10. Prime Time Cigars are made with a Connecticut-grown wrapper and a
Virginia-grown fillers.

When I bummed one, I thought they were cigarettes,
but really they're little cigars.

( Maybe, I should pick up smoking tobacco again )

Yeah, slightly less costly.

and if you only have a couple of bucks + gas + food + beer = broke ass.

It's Half the pack, but all the "immediate satisfaction".

After I switched to cigars, I couldn't go back to cigarrettes (that smell)

And then I quit tobacco, all together. (because of price)

but if you gotta have it?

I now vary rarely smoke tobacco.

Pretty soon the only cigs on the market will be marlboro death or camel deaths, both at $15 a pack. Pick your poison, I personally like the camel deaths, they got a sweet lookin skull with tumors on it.

They already have. Trans fat is illegal and I believe they put a limit on how much sugar can be in kids' cereals. Boo berry cereal was banned a few years ago.
