Something to keep the warmth in.

Heat milk to 95-110F

Put in jar with a lid and add 2 table spoons of yogurt for the cultures

Add dry milk to thicken about 1/3 cup or until it looks good you, just like setting concrete, but edible

Keep in warm insulated for sustained temp over night or 8-12 hrs, pack a towel in the container as well to hold heat better.

8-12 hours later, put it in the fridge after cooling for 1 hour and eat it when chilled.

If you wish for thicker yogurt run through a cheese cloth after the 8-12 hours waiting period.

After that you can use your own homemade yogurt instead of buying a small cup. Use the same amount, 2 Tblsp.

This is bitter 'bulkan style' as it is labled in stores and can have brown sugar or honey when served if desired.

I use it over granola so it sweetens up at that point.

Cheers to 3 ingredients, all the same but different form.

To you health.

I was just posing that there could be a way to add live cultures outside of yogurt itself but I wasn't sure what it was because this method works just fine and makes a lot more sense, which it why I told Clive to google it up.

We're on the same page my friend
