how often do you vary weight?

well back when i was really really just a drug inducing street freak i weighed 165... at 6'1". this was march offfffff 2007. now i seem to be balancing on 190 a couple pounds either way depending on the day or week.


so recently Ive been readying myself for traveling and not eating the huge fucking american sized meals that come with this country. and ive lost 10 pounds in a week or LESS... all ive been doing is eating my normal breakfast banana, piece of bread with cinnamon, and a glass of milk.. then eating a *whatever* at lunch time.. im talking like regular ol' downtown food court food.. then i always go home and get something tastey like a porkchop with some rice and beans or asaparagus and apples..... I guess the only real change in my diet was my dinner. which helps considerably id imagine.

it seems like if i set myself up in the morning with the basic foodgroups, I can go till 1-2 in the afternoon with a little snackypoo or whatever.


im pretty lean as it is, but i have this gut that was pissing me off for a bit.. oh ya i started doing 20 crunchers a night too while watching koth before bed. I dunno these little things help you think? im more concerned about how much my weight fluctuates then anything.

ya i mean even though i was smoking a lot of crack and doing a lot of dope when i was 165 i looked damn good, a nice flat stomach and everything was proportionate, and i could tell the girls dug my body cause all of them wanted to rub there hands up and down my stomach all the time when we were banging.... it was pretty sexy

birth control made me gain 10 pounds of water weight--literally. i stopped taking the pills, and 2 days after I was 10 pounds lighter.

5'7" and 112 usually, give or take very little

hmm, sounds about sexy to me sars.. but ya water weight is huge i guess depending on how much water y ou drink maybe?? or how much water you stockpile..

ive always lived a active standing never lazy lifestyle, so that helps too.. I mean just standing and walking all day gets you a good calorie burn

dunno about actual weight - i dont have any scales with me, but ill always have days where im visibly a bit chubbyer, then wake up the next day and be back to normal etc etc.

lol you can notice daily weight changes? I dunno i look at myself in the mirror just like any other guy out of the shower... but i cant notice anything on a day to day basis... mayhaps a week to week basis.. but meh

I'm 6'3 and I weigh 200 right now. The lightest I have ever been was 163, and that was after Vegoose in 2007 I have weighed as much as 250 years ago in highschool, but when I was climbing my weight varied from 173-180, depending on my workout routine.

I was about 170 after I moved from Baltimore to NE,and after I started drinking I ended up 215 lbs. I dropped down to 190 where I stayed, then I started doing push ups and sit ups 5 nights a week so I'm back at 200. I have extra baggage pretty much everywhere but I don't really mind too much. I plan on getting as muscular as I can and then dropping the extra fat right before I go back to vegas.

At times it has jumped around quite a bit, I can lose or gain 20 pounds in a month just depending on how lazy I am. I have a lot of stretch marks from gaining and losing weight too fast.

I also have a stretch mark on my peeps. I suppose that's from torturing my dick.

Uh... 10 pounds in a week or less sounds like you have something pretty seriously wrong with you, that's not normal.

Unless you were retaining 10 lbs of water weight, which would be even more suspicious...

i am within a couple pounds of 140 at all times and that is after trying really hard to " bulk up" with protein supplements and weight lifting

protein supplements do less for you than a glass of milk after a work out.

I disagree, but I want to know why you think this. Maybe if it was a huge fucking glass of milk.

I canceled my YMCA (fuck you, douchebags!) in June and I've probably lost 20 lbs in what's apparently fat. Overall, I'm noticeably smaller, but I am stronger now than I ever have been while going to gym and I've actually lost weight.
