I spent the whole movie thinking, "that was funny." but never once laughing...except for the amazing cameo sequence.
It was a giant "meh" from me, but at the same time I really liked it. Very odd experience. Maybe I was just tired... Woody is brilliant in it. I thought the two girls were boring as batshit tho.

I could have been better, but it was definitely still a good watch, worth your 7.50, for sure.
FX were gross(in a good way), jokes were good, and holy fuck they meet "*****" and it's probably the greatest thing ever. Also stylistically it's in a class of its own, it's Reuben Fleischer's first film, but I see a lot of good things coming from this dude in the future.

7.50?! goddamn I gotta get out of the city. Try 12.50 with a 2$ service fee for fandango.

^^ actually not at all. only similarity is that they are both comedies with zombies.

I fucking loved it. It was totally over the top with respect to graphic gore, yet it never crossed over from funny into "WTF?" or "Ah, Jeez! I didn't need to see that shit!!". The cameo was hilarious. The mass slaughter scene was handled very well; Robert Rodriguez would be proud. And that Jules chick from Superbad was looking even more fuckable in this film, and generally people eating other people while bleeding from the eyes turns me off, but not enough, apparently.
All around, a fucking hilarious movie. Doubleplusgood. ![]() The Rev |

I loved it exactly what I was looking for. Better than I expected. I am a huge fan of zombies. The rules and narration style was a nice touch. and some good old zombie killing.
