yea if we are voting on specific type of potato, i'll go with those fingerling potatoes or whatever... pretty awesome when baked in a little oil/butter...

but obviously fries (especially when in poutine form) is my favourite potato based product

i like all of the potatos ive tried thus far.

i think russets are good baked or mashed, those little red guys are bomb roasted, the golden ones are good mashed or roasted. i like em all i guess
