When I could find it, it was great. For me, it is similar to bud, but more concentrated. I don't know what headies are. Make sure it's not cut with anything you don't want to smoke.
In other words, know your source. |

hash ca be real nice, best in a screened bong or joint....heat it up, crumble it fluffy and enjoy.
there are several kinds of hash(to my knowledge)...in order of desireability; 1)finger hash : the resin you scrape off your fingers after handling lots of bud...nice, fragrant, gummy 2) skuff or polm : pure resin glands, knocked off bud by shaking or rolling the bud in a very fine screen, then compressed. very strong, fragile when heated, burns away to almost nothing. 3)water hash : made by mincing bud in ice water over special screens, nice. 4)commercial hash : bud or whole plant ground very fine and compressed. watch out for bits of plastic from the packing/transport, sometimes mixed with fillers (yuck), but can be real nice too. identifying good hash: 1) it smells good when you heat it 2) black should bubble, harder has should melt/shred when hot and get fluffy ditto for skuff 3)when you smoke hash in a bong (always use a screen) the ash should be pure, no greasy residue and there should be no hissing, popping or crackling as it burns hope that's helpful
