How about you show me the kind of posts you like and Ill try to customize one to your aquired taste?

busking is totally legal in socal, when i was there for a music program we saw kids from our classes set up and play on sunset (blvd) for awhile. think they made a few bucks to eat too.

You just answered your own question, panhandling is illegal in most, if not all municipalities in California.

However, you will fall under 'officers discretion' meaning if you suck ass, you'll probably get rousted but if you aint too bad they'll probably not mind.
