so i got a parking ticket for my dads truck...street sweeping....shitty, ok. $53.

i fucking paid that shit, not knowing my dad paid it off just before i did. he sent a check. i paid online with debit card.

ok, well just cancel the check my dad sent. cool. right?

just got a letter from these fucking stupid cocksucker motherfuckers saying they got a bad check, and i need to pay a $50 fee to send the check back. mind you, stamps cost what, 40 cents?

what the fuck.

That shit sucks. I've been through a load of shit with the idiot courts about my $400 ticket for turning right on red when a sign told me not to. That as well as EZ Pass not reading my transponder a few times have resulted in endless phone calls and annoyances. It's all over pretty soon though once I get my check.

if you already paid online you could argue that you've already paid to cover the fee for the bad cheque and that you don't want them stealing any more of your money.
