only listened to the first 2 tracks on the new album, but it seems to me like they're pushing happiness to the point where it makes me suspicious...

I'm in love with Phish. In love. And even I know it's hardly shit compared to their old stuff.
Except Ocelot. Best. Song. Ever. It makes me so happy. No matter what. All the time. It makes me bouncy and sing and it's fun. OCELOTOCELOTTT

i much prefer a band releasing shit that basically recaptures what i liked about their original shit even if not quite as good rather than trying to do such new stuff that they dont even sound like what i liked in the first place.
id rather it be a brand new high but id take this over some new expirimental shit u know? |

they just released a halloween cd called trick or treat- i downloaded it the other day its pretty good, there is a cover of hot in here, lol, its pretty outrageous.
plus they released a 2 vinyl version of the trick or treat release which im def gonna buy eventualy i dont have any cheese on vinyl and one side of one of the records is just one long 17 minute version of round the wheel- will be excellent for mixing with and listening to... glad to hear there are some keller and sci fans out there like me. |

Eh I dug it. Admittedly have only perused a small amount of their back catalog though so take that as you will. I'm also a sucker for well crafted pop tendencies as some may know.
