Drug testing for employment purposes...

Will it cease once the pot is free and legal?

I mean, how can you call it a risk any more than getting tanked at lunch after they say go for it?

This has a lot to do with the reason weed is still illegal I think. How can police determine intoxicated drivers? How can employers deterime employee intoxication?

It stays in the system so long that they'd have to invent a different kind of test and probably legislate certain cutoff levels, such as the .08 alcohol limit.

What about all those folks on probation who have to submit to court ordered testing because they were convicted of something that would no longer be a crime?

What do you think about this testclear.com?
