I tend to be saddened when I see people sleeping in the streets. Nothing breaks my heart more than seeing almost senior adults who need whatever money I have in my pocket. Brother if you look over 50.....I don't even ask what it's for. Life is so hard for some and equally as hard for me to feel like I can hardly make a dent in that.

Yep, you know what I'm sayin.

Sometimes my mind starts to race before I even notice it. And I'll stay up all night, doing idle activities in the dark. And when the morning comes I'll realize exactly what had just happened with me and I'll start to feel down and exhausted. Especially since the birds are singing and I'm just lying on my back staring at the ceiling, listening to music. Wondering why things dont' feel normal.

feelings.... nothing more than feelings.

Yea man. If you don't feel like its working for you, you need to work it out in a different way that works for you.
