Expiration dates
so I got some sausage one day, like hella sausage, breakfast sausage.
It was november 1st, and it says freeze for 30 days or eat within 3. it is officially november 7th and im about to eat it. I used to do some butchering so I feel confident in my meat evaluation abilities. Looks legit |

its still the right color, it wasnt removed from the tightly wrapped package and it does have a natural casing being sausage and all, which may provide for extra time.
I mean ill eat pizza that sat out for two days like it aint a thang. |

smell it before you cook it; when in doubt (do i really need to finish this sentence?)...
expiration dates are more of a guideline than a hard and fast date.

I dont fuck around with exp. dates. If it's passed, I aint eatin/drinking it.
I don't eat meat anymore, but of all the things I'd fuck around with, meat would be last on my list...followed closely by dairy.

I'd go with your opinion then. You should be able to smell it if it's on the turn, just cook them well.
