I would eat more than 2 hb eggs a day if they were easier to peel. Not eating the yolk is weak imo.

eggs do not raise overall body cholesterol...especi ally not long-term just because they contain cholesterol.

cholesterol is manufactured by the body itself, and high levels of it are related to a combination of a high-fat diet, being overweight and genetics. not fuckin' eggs. however, that much pure animal-fat product in such a short time-frame probably isn't something you wanna make a habit of.
