Who the hell doesn't?
LOL @ Terry. I'm not quite sure what I'll end up making this year. It'll probably be pre or post thanksgiving though since I'm stuck at work. Mashed sweet potatoes and a little bit of sherry is good and easy though. None of that faggy marshmallow shit though please. |

There was the slightest of gag reflexes while reading this. Jesus, you've described probably the nastiest thing you could eat. Also, to 'scallop' is also a cooking term, not just a seafood.

Oh dude, I just thought of a great idea for ya.
Homemade nachos. Buy a bunch of yellow nachos and pour em in a roasting tin, cover em in peppers, tomatoes, olives, cheddar, mozza, and havarti cheese, the occasional jalapeno for those that like it spicy, sprinkle with salt and pepper and, if you have the mister, mist with olive oil. Then throw that shit in the oven @ 425 (once you're at work for tastiest results if you have an oven.. if it's an office you should at least have like a toaster oven if not FUCK YOUR FUCKING OFFICE) until all the cheese has melted and its sizzling and the smell is making you salivate. Service with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.

^ restaurant style nachos are so easy at home.. just get like a lb of beef, a taco kit, and a bunch of your favourite tortilla chips.. grate a shit ton of marble cheddar; chop up some red onion, different colour bell peppers, your favourite chilis, etc.. make sure you lay foil down.. and i usually use a pizza pan.. om noms
