i was going to take pictures and it looked fuckin amazing but i had packed it all up before i remembered to take some so no pics unfortunately.
for the topping i used some italian-style seasoned bread crumbs that my mom gave me a couple weeks ago that were bomb. people at the office demolished it. i finished second to a god damn home made chicken pot pie. we'll see whether or not the cauliflower is going to get me laid, but i'm definitely going to make this again.
