if youre talking concentration by weight of resin/ tar vs weight of bud, my guess would be that resin/ tar has a higher concentration per weight.

i always put resin in a bong. it always gets me high. putting it in a bong is alot easier to smoke and i get higher. the high doesnt usually last a long time, but it definately kicks the edge. totally worth the sticky fingers and messy countertop

That's a lot of resin. When I clean mine, I'll usually get a bowl pack. Not just scrape the bowl clean, I mean get into the guts of the pipe with a paper clip.
