Thats what I'm trying to do with one of my bands. I hope to just busk and play small house shows. I got me a mandolin, banjo and a few assorted guitars. I refuse to use digital amps, digital recording equipment etc.

I have huge hands. They're thin and bony, but they're long like the grim reaper. I've found it a little hard to play the mandolin/banjo.....But I guess it was also hard when I transitioned from bass to guitar?

You want to buy a left handed electric fender jazz bass? I bought in in 2000. I want to go acoustic or build this baritone guitar idea I have. I can promise you it's in good condition. Just need to ship it back to PA to get to you.

If I had a car space and one made left handed I'd be down with it.

I have concocted an idea, I think I shared else where on here.

I have an old acoustic guitar. The plan is to take it to a guy in town who will put on a new nut and bridge spaced out like my bass, but instead I'm using four low E-strings of a guitar instead, tune to EADG, so I'll have a bass in concept of what I want to do with it, but in a higher octave, which is where I was on the neck of my bass anyway often.

One more step to simplifying life.

Wow sage...Sounds complicated lol... I started with the "double bass" in 5th grade...but ever since death metal I think most people call it a standup/upright lol.
