Oh hai guyz! Sorry I've been neglecting my favorite forum in the whole wide world.

But my sweet friend scatterheart reminded me that I need to come home.

So here's a little update: We've been married for over a year now, and so far we've found it to be pretty great. We got a house with a little yard full of birds and squirrels, and much to our family's disappointment there are no screaming babies in our home as of yet.

I feel like marriage gets a bad reputation because too many people end up with someone they're just not that compatible with. I know we're not very far into it yet, but considering we still like each other and all I'd say it's not a bad deal. And for anyone who assumes married chicks don't put out, well you can just ask my husband about that one. But I think I can go ahead and speak for him by saying that's not always the case.

Thanks so much for the kind words, my friends! I've got so much love for you all. I don't think I'm capable of growing out of this place. Would it be pathetic if I was still posting here well into my old lady years?

Rev? 44 nearing old-lady? I didn't even find Yahooka until I was fifty.

Congrats on year one of marriage. My year one was full of fights and figuring things out but 15 years later we're still going strong -- four count em "screaming babies" now entering their teen years. Sex is better than ever. (Thanks in no small measure to yoga and mj the killer combo)

Posting at Yahooka as an old lady will only be one of many things that could potentially classify me as pathetic, including, but not limited to, wearing glitter, getting serious lulz from poop jokes, putting my hair in pigtails, surfing the net for hours on end in my underwear, buying shit I don't need at thrift stores, and probably the occasional wank. But I'm not sweatin' it.

Mother4, don't get me wrong. I love kids, and babies (although I love them much more when they're not screaming). They're the coolest. I just don't want any of them in my house at this particular moment in time.
