If our collective selves could put as much energy into understanding our world and our place in it as we do in figuring out whether or not a dead iconic pop star that had faded into comical obscurity molested children, we'd be back in Eden already.

P.S. Don't forget to find out how Micheal's death affected his brothers who no one gives two shits about on A&E! The Jacksons A Family Dynasty - A&E TV
Thank you

I don't want to make light of the fact that most posts around here could have replies started with 'a pointless debate'.....

If we could all put as much energy into the world as Cerpin did on his 'beating a dead horse post', we'd all be back in Eden. ;p

Honestly, the amount of energy spent of developing founded opinions on MJ in my life took me 3 seconds to ponder and most of my brain was used in remember the home row first

The energy of my post was directed towards a subject which pretty well exemplifies some of our priorities as a society in general... I'd say it's more useful than another opinion of MJ, even if I'm completely wrong..

I won't deny my own regrettable contributions (or lack thereof) to this generalization of our priorities either, but hopefully I can make some sort of impact in my lifetime..

I agree with what you say there Cerpin. I think most of us take a passing shout out at things in our society, but I do knows those among us who go out of their way pick up tabloids and to have long drawn out arguments about things like Jen and Ben.

Believe me I know where you are coming from and I am with you on talking about the things in life that will propel us to a greater happier place or to see we are already in one.
