Im trying to understand how some little kid gets it into his head to go blow off step mommy's head. It just doesn't connect. Just because she was gonna have a baby and his dad might not pay as much attention to him? I call bullshit. Unless this kid was psycho, then theres alot more we don't know.

I would be anguished and enraged, and want to pound nails into that kid's balls, but in the end, it would do no good. My loved one would still be dead. If the kid's problems could be fixed, that would be the best outcome, regardless of my feelings.

12 years old is old enough to where you consciously know what your doing if you pick up a gun and shoot someone

he needs to be locked away from society and put in heavy therapy in my opinion

alot of it is the parents fault but they didnt have anything directly to do with his decision to pick up the gun and kill someone. being a shitty parent makes you a bad person but it isnt illegal

I hope that never happens, because i think my impulse would be to literally eat such person after prolongued torture.

But putting the 'need for revenge' aside. If it would happen, I think i would pass. Such person is already in hell and myself eating him/her would only bring hell on me.

I wouldn't even want him on jail, but until such person repents (which is the desirable outcome for someone who has err) i suppose is better for our physical health if he's locked up.

i thought it was interesting they said there's currently 400 juveniles in pa serving times as adults

and there's 2500 juveniles serving time as adult in the entire usa

pa has some outdated laws if 400 out of 2500 juveniles are serving times as adults

It's called parenting. Unfortunately, if there isn't any, the kid suffers. Sad story, but clearly his dad pussed out when he needed to be a dad, and the kid didn't think straight. Now they both have to suffer. Shrugs. Way of the world.
