Angry BOYCOTT: Wal-Mart Fires Cancer Patient For MMJ

Despite medical marijuana being legal in Michigan, Wal-Mart has fired a cancer patient and former Associate of the Year who tested positive for the drug, which was recommended by his doctor. As if that were not enough, Wal-Mart is also contesting Casias’s eligibility for unemployment compensation. Michigan, by the way, has the nation's highest unemployment rate, so go figure...
The MPP calls for a national boycott of Wal-Mart and the ACLU is also aware of this issue.
Please support this boycott. To show your support, you can join Steve Elliott's facebook group BOYCOTT: WalMart Fires Cancer Patient For Medical Marijuana.
Spread the word, everybody has to know about this. Whenever you share one, tell people to boycott Wal-Mart.
People who still buy at Wal-Mart are with immediate effect EXCLUDED FROM THE ROTATION!

I've always boycotted walmart.

But unfortunately it's not going to stop the "other people" from shopping there.

I went mental in a Walmart when they gave me a hassle returning a remote. They eventually caved as I refused to take a no for an answer. I will continue secretly getting back at them. Fuck'em

That being said, I know plenty of people who could give a shit and will shop there anyway. Sad but true.

I know that where my wife works, if you test positive, they will fire you even if you have a 215 card. I wonder how common this is...

But show up with an oxy addiction and you'll be sent to treatment on the company dime...

Do they do random testing for their underpaid workers? I would rather work for Mickey D's and be able to blaze, or a mom and pop store.

Sucks eh? I went in to apply there and they pointed me to their "application computer" (looked like vintage 1986) and as I was 'yessing' all of the terms/conditions, I just so happened to stop on the drug testing one, and left.

Just how sober does a wage slave need to be anyway?

But first they will take out an insurance policy on you.

And make themselves the beneficiary.
