The NC country accent from dudes really bothers me some days
Ive only lived here for about 6 months but I'm still surprised when people speak and i hear a southern accent. It's kind of entertaining, I mean... they look like regular people but when they speak... they're southerners

It's interesting to back in such a diverse place where I have to constantly keep my ears tuned to all the different ways language is expressed here.
