Patrick Fousek, dad accused of trying to sell baby outside Walmart, brutally beaten in CA prison

This guy, caught selling a child outside of walmart...he faces, it says, 4 years....

So you mean to tell me, that if I were to get into the business of selling children in parking lots, all im facing is 4 years in prison?

Does anybody else see the horrible horrible problem with this situation?

People face more time for....well shit, just about ANYTHING....
