Yeah...85?! It gets WELL over 100 here in the summah. 105-110. I know construction workers, road workers, roofers, firefighters and about another million people who work out in it daily...nightly... all week etc.

Maybe just look at the brighter side of things. You have a job, you're keeping busy and physical and it's really not THAT hot.

I'm not complaining...uuhh, or trying to. I love my California weather. I was simply stating it gets fucking hot here. AND OMG, in the winter, it gets cold. Our Springs are awesome and the Fall is my favorite. We have awesome 4 seasons.

it hasn't been too hot around here yet (been routinely hitting mid-upper 90's since may) but god damn is it humid. seriously you step outside, the water starts pooling on your skin and you are positively miserable. and this is only the beginning.

it's been raining a lot more than usual, too. for as long as i can remember we've had water restrictions in place all summer long due to drought but no mention of it at all this year.

I lived in Boston for a few years, and when it gets hot and humid, it's like living in a panting dog's mouth. It's hotter here with the Fremen, but it's a dry heat.
