I'm back!

I left the forums a little over 5 years ago because I joined the US Marines when I left high school. As of yesterday, I am honorably discharged, and right back to smoking up a storm. Can't wait to see how the forums have changed!

The Rev
I was in Cherry Point, NC for 5 years as a Harrier mechanic. My pilot plans kind of fell through because of anxiety problems in ocean water. Go figure.

I remember you Rev and Kompressor. I was looking at some of my old threads and christ have I grown up since then, lol. Iraq and Somalia will do that to ya I guess.

I'm just getting back into smoking. I started smoking again 2 weeks ago and I've only been able to get my hands on dirt weed. I lost contact with all my old dealers and I don't know enough people back here at home to get hooked back up. I was able to pick up a nice water pipe and glass piece though. I am staying with my parents until my job starts up in mid august. I feel like I'm 16 again sneaking out my back door to smoke a watermelon white owl at 2am. Things never change I guess...

Problem was, I kinda acted like a stoned teenager last time I was here. Maybe because I was, lol.

When me and my girlfriend move in august I am gonna get a little growing operation under way just for personal use. Shes an experienced grower and I have only done a couple "fire and forget" outdoor plants. I'm sure you guys will see me around a lot bugging for advice. 5 years in the corps really burns the weed education out of ya, lol.

Cherry Point, NC? I live about 4 hrs from there. NC has a lot of military bases, as I'm only about a 1/2 hr from Ft. Bragg. We can hear them practicing with the artillery & after a rainstorm, they bring out the 'big guns'. I guess they do that after rain so fires don't start inadvertently.
Welcome home & you'll hook-up with some good connects in no time.

You are correct sir, plus a good bit of time before I joined.

I enlisted into the delayed entry program in November of 2004, and I only smoked very rarely from that point to a month before I went to boot camp in August 2005. I think the last time I smoked was at a bluegrass festival in West Virginia around June 2005.

When I was doing my final checkout around my squadron in June, I checked out of the substance abuse place immediately. I was then taken off all military drug test lists, and started smoking again.

So that means I was clean from June 2005 to around early July 2010. I've probably smoked an ounce or so since then. All the weed has been pretty crap stuff since I got it from close to a military base, but my buddy drove me down an 1/8th from Syracuse that was pretty awesome. To bad we killed in in a few hours.
