thats a ballsy chopper pilot. you see the chopper whiping around when he started cutting stuff? i wonder if hes got a camera or something down by the saws he did a pretty even cut considering how much movement there is with the cord swinging around like that

^ Yea I was wondering why the cord to the saw was so long, you'd think he'd have greater stability the closer the saw was to the choppa.

That's not a cord, it's a solid tube housing a drive shaft leading from the bottom of the helicopter with universal joints at each end. Notice at the end how the pilot has to set down the chopper at the end of the tube, backwards in a descending arc, the balls must be tough to sit on being so large.

This video was shot by an online friend somewhere in the midwest, this is pretty much what her back yard looks like, she told me there are spotters on the ground guiding the pilot with radios and it looks like he is going to crash every second they are in the air. They are hired by the power company to trim the trees along the line routes so they are either under, over or right next to high voltage lines the whole time.

And you thought Jack in the Box is a tough gig.
