Its good so far....all the old stuff u love is probably back plus a ton of new shit.
Its hard to say how good it is this early though....gotta play test the fuck out of it to get used to all the new units and how things balance out. So far it look great though  oh and i havent bought a game for a long ass time....so i might be off here...but fuckin thing took forever to set up and install. 12 gig install plus patches right off the bat

the minimum spec is for a single-core pentium processor. you have 1.6ghz on a DUAL core processor so you should be fine. dual core are basically like 2 processors in one. my CPU is 2.3ghz dual core and it runs great at high settings, starts to get choppy at ultra. i also have a pretty nice card, nvidia GTS250 w/ 512MB onboard memory blizzard games are notorious for being light on the graphics so that people with older rigs can still buy the game. you are good to go.
