I love Friday the 13th (the actual day, not the cheesy movies althoguh most of them were alright when you're a kid) for the following reasons:
1) It's Friday 2) ever since I can remember I've always considered 13 my "lucky" number 3) It's Friday

I got my haircut and I'm gonna go see The Expendables with my dad and my sis and gonna eat a shit ton of popcorn. MMMMM I HAVE A LOVE AFFAIR WITH MOVIE POPCORN

That is similar to one of the first questions my Wife asks in session.
When didn't you feel x? When was a time that you did y instead? Shift the focus to the times it works out just fine, people forget that stuff for sure.
