Look for what they call a 'hurricane matches' They light when wet.
Also you could take a regular 'strike anywhere' match, dip it in wax and then just scratch the wax off when you need to use it. |

they're waterproof by not ruining after getting wet/they will strike in very moist air
are they MRE matches?
