something really amazing about firefox

probably others too but i just realized they have it for firefox is a program to block ads. it literally makes every page ad free. its totally amazing, just go to the official firefox addons page search for ad block and chose the one with the most popularity...

i cant believe i didnt start using this before!

Kind of like the ignore feature on here. You can use it, but once you do..it's like, what's the point?

careful, are those ads really that bad?

If everyone stops viewing ads on websites, whats the incentive for the websites to continue supplying the masses with free content and entertainment? If webmasters can't make ad revenue, they're not going to maintain a website. Or, they will come up with some new crafty way to trick you into clicking or viewing an advertisement, which will probably be more annoying than the currently used ad types.

I'd be surprised if the owner(s) of yahooka would continue running the site if they could not profit from ad revenues.

All advertising is the work of satan and it is each and every human beings responsibility to do whatever they possibly can to rid the world of this evil

Something tells me people would still be up for the job/find other ways to make money from it

I remember the days of the internet when ads werent such a huge thing and the internet was a glorious glorious place
