yay im in one of the only states in the green icon category! also i think its the only state where high quality is less expensive then medium quality hahaha (hint its washington) oregon beat us by 7 dollars tho for cheapest high quality. bastards.

But for something you're deriving a state average for, there should prolly be more than 20 people from one county :/ I guess that's actually my main

problem is, prices will be skewed because of the "high medium low" quality sections. Low quality in Cali is mid to high quality in Wisconsin (generally speaking). But very awesome idea
