I think if you have half a brain you know that it's not funny period, however I do agree, that is a good analogy for most people's thinking in this life.

We'll be standing in 6 inches of water before people think melting ice caps might just having something to do with it, but we'll wait for a few more inches of water, it's not coving up the TV screen just yet....
