also, i just ordered a 425$ dollar queen sized latex foam mattress through the mail and its pretty sweet except it gives off this terrible chemical smell that makes me feel sick but what the fuck can i do because im stuck with it now. theoretically i could return it but god knows how much shipping would cost and how the fuck woudl i ship such a large thing. gad damnit

after smelling the chemical smell this stuff gives off i would be concerned about any foam mattress. people report illness from chemicals in the tempur pedic stuff too.

if i knew it was this bad i would have opted for ja apanese shiki futon type sleeping mattress. my main thing was that i wanted the anti microbial properties of a foam mattress and i read latex was the best because it was quasi natural. except when i opened this shit up it reaks of chemicals that make me nauseous. and i put it outside to air today and it still stinks up my entire room and makes me sick. it cant be healthy, no matter how comfortable a mattress is id rather not have petroleum products leeching into my body.

sweet pics, you should stake the place out to see if you can meet the artist.

Also seriously ted, If you start bitching the mattress company out, they will probally refund your money or switch the mattress out.

especially if you threaten legal action. If they dont do refund you or switch it out, say how you tested it, found excess in some chemical, Threaten to Sue.

They will take care of it...

Edit: Make sure it doesnt rain if its outside either cause then you are beat regardless...

The irony for me in the thread in contained in the story if my friend Nige called and wanted to go document this story/ narrative of cultural the day after my Wife and I went Namaimo BC to Petroglyph park to see these:

These are estimated to be over 1000 years old.

And an area of many more....

The funny thing to me is there isn't much new under the sun in this means of telling the world how you feel....
