Can't listen to someone scream and be a dick that much. Dude says some amusing shit and it's funny seeing him get pissed off on Leno but I can't imagine being in the same room with him, let alone trying to learn like that.

I heard that outside of his TV persona he is actually really kind and generous. Not so much a raving lunatic as portrayed in Hell's Kitchen.

Really? I heard he was on the verge of bankruptcy just a year ago. And he has like 3 TV shows on cable.

I like his shows, btw.

The host of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares said business at his restaurants plunged so sharply he was advised to file for bankruptcy as profits fell from £3million to just under £400,000.
But he and his father-in-law pumped in £5million of their own money to keep the business afloat.

Dude that show is the fucking bomb! I watch it every chance I get.

They did Americanize it recently though, and of course it's not nearly as good as the BBC version, which thankfully still airs.

Yeah, fuck that guy, nothing like belittling other folk with your "I know everything, why the fuck don't you" attitude.

I will give him one thing, it takes a fairly brave man to talk that much shit in a room full of cutlery in a building that serves meat...

Knowhatimsayin?

He also has the stomach of a malnourished Somalian girl, if that shit makes him puke, he has no business working in 'real' kitchens.

Fuckin' pussy.

Gordon Ramsey, while entertaining to watch on ocassion, is a total douchebag. I don't care how important you think food is, it's not important enough to treat people the way he does.

The thing I hate most is when you watch Hells Kitchen, he tosses out perfectly good food on a regular basis because it's not cooked to his standards, and then on Kitchen Nightmares, he's giving chefs shit about being wasteful, wtf is up with that?

As much as his "tough love" approach may or may not work, if he got all up in my face like he does on his shows, he'd have a meat cleaver in the side of his neck before he finished his sentence.

kitchen nightmares is one of my favorite shows of al time.

i think he is an absolute genius really. amazing business intelligence, mixed with amazing cooking skills.

he knows how to make any restaurant be the shit. and he knows how to get the people motivated to do so.

its getting old
every 'kitchen nightmares' he picks up dirty food
says everything is disgusting
and gets mad when things are frozen

same thing on hell's kitchen
it was entertaining 5 years ago
now he's just dragging his 'career' through the mud

hahaha hes a lot like most of the chefs ive worked with, but, you know, turned up to 11. i think its sometimes good to be like that to people coz of the high stress and pressure, it makes you up your game.

if you watch kitchen nightmares youll see how good he is at turning crap chefs into god ones just by screaming
