Here is the problem:

This is gonna sound dumb but hear me out. Basicaly paypal says there was some unauthorized use of my account. I have to re-verify all my info. Problem is the debit card I had on there is no longer active. Paypal just realized this. Now I need a different card. They froze my account so now i can only recieve money.

I need someone to purchase a prepaid visa card at a store at a gift for me. I need like $3 on the card so paypal can charge and verify it. I will payback what i owe as soon as they take the limit off my account.

All my cash is tied up in paypal and i live in the sticks with no license so i cant leave anytime i want. I know that is dumb but im assed out at the moment. They are fuckin up my ebay auctions and bills i have.

It may sound shady but its the truth. I dont fuck with credit/debit cards. The debit I previously had on the account was a prepaid one from a survey company I used to do surveys for. My paypal account was charged for some shit I didnt buy so I had to go through a bunch of security shit to re-verify my account.

That being so, I needed to re-verify the card on the account but it was no longer active so I need a new one.

I mean guy has a decent standing in community. If he is scamming us for $3, then times for him must be hard, and I'd probably be just as willing to help out if it makes a differrence. If it's a scam, then fuck him. Otherwise you helped someone out that might really need it.

paypal has had some recent issues/hacks, but I've only had good business with them.

I always have a backup card with paypal and don't leave money in their accounts, since transfers are so simple, and internet sites more hackable than my banks.(even if only somewhat)
