so many sources, so many different answers... so are when the mahdi does his thing, are the people of islam gonna join together to destroy the jewish and catholic people? or they all gonna be cool about it and we all gonna hold hands?

as a species, weve shown our nature to take the more violent and greedy path...

what if jesus shows up and goes,"yo he aint coming, its just me."

and if this shit hit the fan like next year? and if it did, what would you do?

how would you all react to revelations, christian or islamic?

i give jesus and the mahdi even money on showing up..whether it's again or the first..it's not going to happen.

prophecyies are intresting, but i wouldn't set my watch by them

NOTE: america is not a white christian nation, it's a continent & varies greatly

both you and the others should keep that in mind

after thinking about it while on the can, ive come back with an answer to my own what ifs-

christian revelations- say goodbye to my catholic sisters i live with while i got moment, get left behind, wage war against the horsemen, and enjoy eternity in hell cause i could never worship a fag hating god who banishes people like ghandi to hell for not accepting a crucified jew as his god.

murderous mahdi- handle it like a z day scenerio, as the fighting waged in the middle east id head down back to kc and begin to assemble a crew and aquire weapons and provisions, set up some hideouts, maybe even head to northern cali to setup, and just lay cool in the woods. or if some one organized an unadulterated military presence, id join up with them and hopefully defeat the crazies.

all other peaceful second coming- quit my job, and become a missionary and smoke alot of pot and hang out in robes and skinny dip in the ocean, as long as the second coming is of a chill dude i can agree with. otherwise, skip the missionary part.

Interesting alternative strategy.

The Empire was conquered once and the Mongol attackers ended up converting themselves

..... However they also became a driving force within the Faith, that I feel changed the course of how the religion was spread.
